Ultra Modern Medical is providing remote clinic management services utilizing either your own EMR software or through our hosted EMR service.
Service Models
- Remote Access Model: Our staff will remotely access your patient care system to provide the services described.
- Hosted EMR Model: Our preferred model enrolls you onto our hosted EMR system where our staff have ready access to provide the services described and you are free to access your data from any of your clinic locations. This model allows you to have a very small footprint in any physical location, attending only on clinic days.
Bookings
- Enable your patients to easily schedule appointments online through our user-friendly booking system.
- Automatic reminders sent via email or SMS to ensure patients never miss an appointment.
- Access real-time availability of your healthcare professionals, making it simple for patients to find a suitable time.
- Our systems allow you and/or patients to pick booking slots and confirm/reschedule appointments via automated voice and/or text systems.
Admin
- Streamlined administrative processes to minimize paperwork and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Securely manage patient information and medical records through our platform.
- We would process your telephone and fax messages, data entry, bookings, appointment confirmations, appointment communications to patients and physicians, transcriptions and faxing of consults.
EMR
- Secure storage and easy access to patient medical records through our online portal, ensuring continuity of care.
- Comprehensive health history tracking, including past visits, treatments, and prescribed medications.
- Redundancy and backup services are provided for maximum uptime/availability.
